DeadWood 1.22
MANUAL ADDENDUM
This file contains updated information that is not included in the printed
manual or MANUAL.DOC file.
1) You can now cancel the updating of the file history. If you cancel
this process, the unprocessed bulk of the file will remain for later
processing.
2) DeadWood now shows the number of accesses for each file, as well as the
date and time of last access.
3) You now have the ability to copy selected files.
4) When deleting the file use history, you now have the ability to delete
the history for only a single directory. The option to delete the entire
history is still available.
5) You can now sort the file listing by several factors: file name,
file size, or number of accesses. You can choose to sort by ascending
or descending order.
6) Earlier versions sometimes failed to delete the DEADWOOD.DAT file
if SHARE was active, resulting in some huge files. This has been fixed.
7) Directories are now sorted alphabetically. Hidden and Read-Only
directories appear on the list.
8) If you start DeadWood from the AUTOEXEC.BAT file, remember to
either run each of the .EXE TSR programs separately or to CALL the DLOAD.BAT
file. When running one batch file from another, CALL is used to keep
the original batch file going (ex: "CALL C:\DEADWOOD\DLOAD.BAT").
